Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are shipped internationally, we only accept returns in cases where the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered. If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a clear photo and explanation of the issue. After review and approval, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product free of charge. We do not accept returns due to size issues, personal dissatisfaction, or change of mind, as international return logistics are complex and costly.
